Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association’s Hospitality Training Program is proudly supported 100% free of charge by Child's Dream Cambodia Organization (CDCO) under Child Dream Foundation. The program focuses on four key hospitality skills: Room Attendant, Receptionist, Food & Beverage Service, and Cook Helper. Each year, the program provides opportunities for 60 disadvantaged youths to receive professional vocational training at no cost. For more than 10 years, this valuable partnership has successfully supported over 600 graduates, with 93% continuing to work in the hospitality sector across Cambodia. Through stable employment, graduates are able to support their families, increase household income, and contribute to the development of their communities.
Seeking for supporting:
Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA) is seeking more partnerships and long-term support its free youth more training programs and create brighter futures for disadvantaged young people in Cambodia. We welcome both monetary and non-monetary contributions that can help expand opportunities and improve the quality of training and employment outcomes for our students.Our key priority is to build more internship partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and hospitality businesses. By increasing internship placements, students gain valuable hands-on experience, professional confidence, and direct pathways to employment after graduation. We are also seeking dedicated volunteers who can support practical skills training, English conversation classes, mentoring, and fundraising activities. Volunteers play an important role in helping students improve communication skills, workplace readiness, and global awareness.In addition, we are actively seeking funding support to develop new projects and future initiatives beyond the hospitality training program and others. These may include life skills development, digital skills, entrepreneurship, accommodation support, and other programs that help young people build sustainable and successful lives.Through collaboration with partners, donors, and volunteers, Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA) can continue transforming lives and giving disadvantaged youth the opportunity for a better future.
