Coctail Class
Duration: Approximately 3 hours
Cost: To contribute cost to YDFA of students practice
Selections: Three Khmer cocktail options to choose from
Schedule:
- Market or Wine Shop Visit: You and the trainees will go to the market or visit a wine shop next to YDFA at 9:00 AM.
- Mixology Session: Starting from 10:30 AM, you, the trainees, and the beverage trainer will begin crafting the selected cocktails.
- Tasting: At 12:00 PM, you can enjoy the cocktails prepared.
- Photo Session: After the tasting, you, the trainees, and the trainer will have a photo session.
Both experiences offer a unique opportunity to learn from YDFA’s talented trainees and trainers while immersing yourself in Khmer culinary culture and Khmer cocktail. Whether you choose the food or beverage option, you’re guaranteed an enjoyable and educational experience.
