Our Process
Recruitment and Selection Criteria for Disadvantaged Youth from Very Poor Families:
1. Age Criteria:Applicants must be between 17 and 26 years old. Age verification will be done through identification documents (ID or birth certificate).
2. Physically and mental health:Good physical and mental ability will be considered, with skill sets taking precedence.
3. Disabled youths of one eye, one hand or one leg.
4. Nationality:Applicants must be Cambodian national/citizen.
5. Residence:Priority will be given to those living around Siem Reap town and other provinces.
6. Educational Background:
Candidates should have dropped out of schools of primary, second or high or never attended any formal education.
Training Capacity:
-Room Attendants: 8 pax
-F&B Service Agent: 20 pax
-Food Product (Cook-helper): 20 pax
-Guest Service Agent: 12 pax
7. Form Pickup:
Students can pick up application forms directly from the YDFA office during our work hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Completed application forms can be submitted directly to the Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA) office immediately after they are filled out.

Home Visits
Home Visit and Selection Process: After receiving the application forms, the Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA) team will schedule and conduct home visits and interviews with applicants.The home visit focuses on understanding: Current living conditions, Family income situation, Educational background, Motivation of the applicant and family, Reasons for applying to join the training programLegal document like ID, birth certificates, family book etc. After all home visits are completed, a group discussion will be conducted by the YDFA team to make the final selection of successful applicants who will be accepted into the training program.
