(YDFA) provides an orientation program for all 60 students in each intake to help them gain a deeper understanding of the tourism sector in Siem Reap Province. This program introduces students to the importance of tourism in the local economy, hospitality service standards, customer expectations, and career opportunities within hotels, restaurants, resorts, and travel-related businesses.
{YDFA) provides additional practical training for students in the Housekeeping Department through a two-week placement at a professional laundry service company. This extra practice allows students to better understand real workplace operations, including garment handling, washing procedures, stain treatment, ironing, folding, quality control, and customer service standards.
Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA) encourages student wellbeing by organizing a 10-minute meditation session every Monday and Friday morning for all 60 students. These short sessions help students refresh their feelings, reduce stress, improve concentration, and begin the day with a calm and positive mindset. Meditation also supports emotional balance, self-discipline, and readiness for learning and training activities.Through this simple wellness practice, Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA) promotes both personal development and mental wellbeing alongside vocational education.
