Temple visits

 (YDFA) provides an orientation program for all 60 students in each intake to help them gain a deeper understanding of the tourism sector in Siem Reap Province.This program introduces students to the importance of tourism in the local economy, hospitality service standards, customer expectations, and career opportunities within hotels, restaurants, resorts, and travel-related businesses. 

{YDFA) provides additional practical training for students in the Housekeeping Department through a two-week placement at a professional laundry service company.This extra practice allows students to better understand real workplace operations, including garment handling, washing procedures, stain treatment, ironing, folding, quality control, and customer service standards.

Morning Meditation

Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA) encourages student wellbeing by organizing a 10-minute meditation session every Monday and Friday morning for all 60 students.These short sessions help students refresh their feelings, reduce stress, improve concentration, and begin the day with a calm and positive mindset. Meditation also supports emotional balance, self-discipline, and readiness for learning and training activities.Through this simple wellness practice, Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA) promotes both personal development and mental wellbeing alongside vocational education.

Life Skill Training

   (YDFA) integrates a comprehensive Life Skills Training Program for students from January to June as part of each intake around 12 Modules. These sessions are designed to strengthen personal development, workplace readiness, and long-term career success. Each module is delivered for approximately 2 to 3 hours, according to the training schedule.
The Life Skills topics as example:
1- Personal Hygiene and Grooming,
2- Communication Skills,
3- Financial Literacy,
4- Workplace Performance,
5- Teamwork.
   Through these important modules, students gain confidence, professional behavior, practical knowledge, and the essential soft skills needed to succeed in the hospitality industry and in daily life.
   This balanced approach helps Youth’s Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA) prepare young people not only for employment, but also for responsible and successful futures.

Vegetables growing

   (YDFA) encourages all 60 students to grow vegetables together during their free time as part of a healthy and practical community activity.Through this small gardening program, students learn teamwork, responsibility, and basic agricultural skills while making productive use of their spare time.
   The fresh vegetables can be harvested for meals at the YDFA canteen and at their homestay accommodation.
   This activity helps students enjoy nutritious food, reduce some daily living expenses, and develop sustainable habits for the future. It also creates a positive environment where students work together, share responsibilities, and appreciate the value of self-support and cooperation.

Football Training

Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA) organizes an extra-curricular football program for students who love the sport. This activity is an important part of maintaining their health, fitness, and overall wellbeing each year.Football sessions help students stay active, build discipline, reduce stress, and develop teamwork skills. It also creates a positive balance between study, training, and recreation.A special highlight of the program is the friendly matches between Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA) and other NGO teams. These games bring great happiness, friendship, and community spirit, while encouraging confidence, cooperation, and healthy competition among young people.

  Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association staff team and students warmly welcome all donors, partners, supporters, and visitors to come and visit the YDFA Hospitality Training Program and observe the daily activities at the YDFA premises.

Guests will have the opportunity to learn more about our mission, training programs, student development, and community impact through a professional orientation and presentation provided by management or staff members. Visitors may also tour the facilities, meet students, and see practical training activities in progress.We are always pleased to share our work, build meaningful connections, and welcome those who wish to support the future of disadvantaged youth in Cambodia through Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA).
