POS System

Food and Beverage Service students are required to participate in hands-on training using the Point of Sale (POS) system within the restaurant environment. Through real-service practice, they develop functional competency in handling food and beverage orders, processing guest bills accurately, and delivering service in line with standard restaurant procedures. Upon successful completion of their training, students will be well-prepared to take on cashier roles professionally in the hospitality industry.

English and Computer Classes

All students in the Food & Beverage Service program, along with those in Housekeeping, Front Office, and Food Preparation, attend scheduled English and computer classes from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. These sessions are designed to strengthen their communication and digital skills, supporting their overall competency and readiness for professional work in the hospitality industry.
