Most of the housekeeping (room attendant) students come from a low educational background, with many having dropped out at primary school level. As a result, they have very limited or no English and computer skill, and many require additional Khmer classes to strengthen their understanding during training at Youth’s Dream Fulfillment Association (YDFA).To support their learning and development, they attend daily classes from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, which include English, computer, and Khmer language sessions. These classes are designed to build their foundational knowledge and improve their confidence, enabling them to better follow the training and prepare for future employment in the hospitality industry.
All students in the Housekeeping program, along with those in Food Preparation, Front Office, and Food & Beverage Service, attend scheduled English and computer classes from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. These sessions are designed to strengthen their communication and digital skills, supporting their overall competency and readiness for professional work in the hospitality industry.
