🌱 About Us
Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association is a non-profit organization based in Cambodia, dedicated to empowering disadvantaged youth through free vocational training in hospitality.We believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to build a better future, regardless of their background. Our program supports youth aged 17 to 26 by providing practical skills, life skills, and confidence needed to succeed in the workforce.Through a 10-month training program in 4-months internship, students gain hands-on experience in:
1-Housekeeping (Room Attendant)
2-Front Office (Receptionist)
3-Food Preparation (Cook Helper)
4-Food & Beverage Service.
In addition to technical skills, we provide English, computer training, and essential life skills such as communication, financial literacy, and workplace ethics.
Our goal is not only to train—but to transform lives. After graduation, we support job placement, helping over 80% of our student’s secure employment in the hospitality industry.At YDFA, we are building a future where youth are skilled, confident, and able to contribute to their communities and Cambodia’s economic growth.
What We Do: At Youth's Dream Fulfillment Association, we provide a holistic training and support system designed to prepare youth for real careers.
Free Vocational Training: We offer a structured 10-monthprograms for hospitality training, English Language and Computer Training combining theory and real practice. Students learn directly through hands-on experience in a simulated hotel and restaurant environment.
Job Placement Support: We connect graduates with hotels, restaurants, and businesses. Our job placement officer also supports alumni in career development and job transitions.
Life Skills Education: We deliver over 10 life skills courses, including: Communication and teamwork, Personal hygiene and groomingCV writing and interview preparation, Workplace ethics and labor law basics
Volunteer & Cultural Exchange: We welcome international volunteers who contribute through teaching English, training support, and creative projects. In return, volunteers experience Cambodian culture, community life, and meaningful social impact.
Student Support & Wellbeing: We provide safe accommodation, daily supervision, and social support to ensure students can focus on learning and personal growth. Community & Personal Development: We encourage extracurricular activities such as football, teamwork events, and cultural learning to build confidence and leadership.
